About the Fascism Barometer
The Fascism Barometer is the culmination of years of community education and writing designed to support our communities to stop fascism. In 2016, Ejeris grew concerned by the rise of fascist and authoritarian movements in the United States and around the world. Recognizing that fascists were animated by violence, Ejeris realized that their friends, family, loved ones, and community could be at risk. Knowing that fascists are best defeated by large social justice movements, Ejeris has worked to educate impacted communities about what fascism is and how we stop it.
"Barometers measure pressure. The Fascism Barometer highlights the pressure on our communities and creates a roadmap for our organizing."
Ejeris Dixon
